This series of busbar processing machine has three units: punching, cutting and folding. The working stroke of each processing unit can be easily adjusted to shorten the processing time and improve the production efficiency. The bending unit adopts double-layer work surface open structure and imported PLC touch screen control. The punching unit adopts a seven-punch one-embossing eight-mold integral turntable, which ensures the concentricity of the upper mold and the lower mold and prolongs the service life of the mold. Workers do not need to change the mold frequently, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the use is more convenient and quick, and the production efficiency is significantly higher than the traditional punching unit. The main function is to process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications. Only by using the corresponding processing unit, the copper and aluminum rows can be cut, punched (round hole, long round hole), folded and bent, vertical bending, embossing and other processing conveniently and quickly. By changing the mold, it can also complete the special processing such as flattening, twisting, pressing cable joints, cutting, flattening, punching, bending and so on.
